Omar Barnhart, Owner
Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach
I’m the proud owner of RAH! Power Fitness, where our mission is to make fitness and nutrition more inclusive, positive, and community focused. We offer a wide range of options, including outdoor bootcamp in Austin and outdoor fitness sessions, providing something for everyone. My certifications include Nutrition Coaching through Precision Nutrition and Personal Training from the University of Texas at Austin and ACTION Personal Training. Before pursuing fitness full-time, I spent years in education, including teaching and serving as an assistant principal. These experiences, along with my identity as a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, shape how I approach wellness and inclusivity in every session.
A BIT ABOUT ME
My passion for fitness and health came later in life, but it has truly become my calling. I believe in redefining strength and fitness to create a space where everyone feels empowered. Whether I'm leading a group through an outdoor workout or coaching an online session, my goal is to make people feel stronger, more connected, and happier. I also love sharing the importance of nutrition and how it directly supports well-being. Whether you’re joining us for an outdoor bootcamp in Austin or training remotely, I’m here to help you thrive.

With 15 years of experience, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach. A BIT ABOUT ME
As a wife and mother to three boys, I love spending time outdoors with my family—whether it’s camping, hiking, or exploring new trails. Coaching outdoor group fitness is especially fulfilling for me because it allows me to help people discover their true potential in nature while building strong connections. Whether we’re meeting for an outdoor bootcamp in Austin or through nutrition coaching, I’m here to help you reach your goals in an encouraging, community-focused environment.
